Finance Department – Assistant Clinical Professor / Lecturer
Primary duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the 2026/2027 academic year. All areas in Real Estate will be considered. Open until filled.
For appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, a Ph.D. in finance or a related discipline and potential for teaching and service excellence are required. Clinical faculty are also expected to engage in research activities such as conference presentations and publishing in academic and industry journals.
For appointment at the rank of Lecturer, a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, and/or Business Administration coupled with relevant business experience.
This position is designed to offer opportunities for long-term employment with the university, with renewable contracts and opportunities for promotion in accordance with established policies for non-tenure track faculty.
Position Available: August 2026.
Salary: Competitive.
