Description

Florida International University invites applicants for a position as an Assistant Teaching Professor in Finance (non-tenure track instructional) in the Department of Finance, College of Business. Expected start date will be Spring 2026. 

Requirements

Minimum requirements include an earned Master’s degree in finance or closely related field. A Doctorate in Finance is preferred. Candidates with experience teaching a variety of finance courses at the college level will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to teach finance using Excel spreadsheets, Bloomberg terminals, @Risk, Capital IQ, etc. Candidates with professional certifications such as CFA, CFP are encouraged to apply.
