The Department of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a faculty position in Surgical Oncology at the rank of Assistant Professor (appointment stream). The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the clinical care of surgical patients and engage in basic science research. In addition, the role includes active participation in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as scholarly involvement in advancing the field of surgical oncology.

Responsibilities: The qualified physician will provide comprehensive patient care and actively participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of surgical oncology.

Minimum Qualifications: MD degree, demonstrated experience in surgery, academic achievements, publication in peer-reviewed journals, effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
