Description
Applications are invited for non-tenure-track Keith Julien Visiting Assistant Professor positions, to begin in August 2026. These term positions are renewable annually for up to a total of three years. Candidates in all areas of applied mathematics will be considered.
The department is looking for candidates who have demonstrated excellence in research and who present documented evidence of teaching potential. The position includes developing one's research portfolio through collaborations within and outside the department and teaching one course per semester in the academic year. Departmental and university research interests and priorities will be taken into account in selecting candidates. This position has a teaching load of two courses per year.

Requirements
Candidates must have a PhD, or equivalent degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, or a related field before the position begins.
