Function/Duties of Position
Primary responsibilities include administrative duties as Program Director of the predoctoral orthodontic program, clinical teaching at pre- and post-doctoral levels, and oversight of the pre-doctoral clinic rotations. Other activities may include academic program advising, specific and general scholarly projects, professionally related public service, departmental and institutional administrative activities, student support service activities, course and curriculum planning, and research and development.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Dental degree (DDS/DMD) from a CODA accredited school
Completion of a CODA accredited post-doctoral program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics is required.
Eligible for licensure in Oregon
BLS/ACLS from the American Heart Association
Experience in teaching, research, service, patient care, and academic management, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
